Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled before shipment by emailing us. Our orders are usually processed within a day therefore you should email or call as soon as possible to cancel the order before it is shipped. There may be a 3% cancellation fee applied.
Return Policy
Only products that are new, unused, not tampered with and remain undamaged are eligible to be returned. Request for returns must be made within 30 days of purchasing. There may be up to a 20% restocking fee for items being returned. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless there is an error on our behalf with the order.
